This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website or contact us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. In this policy, "personal data" refer to the information that identifies you or can be linked to you.

Nexviax acts as the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website and processes such data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, as applicable.
Scope: This policy covers visitors to our website and people who contact us about our services. It does not cover personal data we process on behalf of clients while delivering our services. Such processing is governed by our agreement with the relevant client, where we act as a data processor.
1.1 When you contact us: your name, email, phone number, organisation and job title (if given), and the contents of your message.
1.2 Automatically when you visit: IP address, browser, operating system and device type, referring URL, pages viewed with date and time, and technical event data recorded by the systems that operate and secure our site.

Under the DPDP Act, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, on data you have voluntarily provided for a specified purpose, or to comply with applicable law. You can withdraw consent at any time. We don't use your personal data for automated decisions. We do not use your personal data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
We do not currently use cookies of any kind, including analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If we introduce any in future, we will update this policy and present a consent mechanism before any non-essential cookie is set.
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers under confidentiality contracts, in these categories:

After that, we delete or anonymise it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
We protect your personal data with least-privilege access control, encryption in transit, multi-factor authentication on admin and email accounts, logging and monitoring, and regular review. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

We will acknowledge your grievance on receipt and respond, in accordance with the DPDP Rules, 2025
If a personal data breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will intimate the Data Protection Board of India and each affected Data Principal without delay and will provide the Board with a detailed report within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by the DPDP Rules, 2025. Our notification to you will describe, in plain language, the nature and extent of the breach, its likely consequences, the measures we have taken, and the steps you can take to protect yourself.
Our site and services are for businesses, not for under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal data about children, or about people with a disability who have a guardian, and we don't track or target them. If a child's personal data reaches us, email [email protected] and we'll delete it promptly.
We are based in India, and our primary systems store data in India. Some of our service providers operate global infrastructure, so your data may be processed outside India.
Where we transfer personal data outside India, we do so in accordance with Section 16 of the DPDP Act, and we will not transfer personal data to any country or territory restricted by the Central Government by notification. We also comply with any sector-specific data localization requirements that apply to us.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change, and material changes will be notified on this page. Where a change requires your consent, we will obtain it before the change takes effect.
